Dr. Kees Kramers, education

Kees Kramers studied medicine at the University of Leiden, and became internist at the Radboud University Nijmegen. At this university he graduated as Clinical Pharmacologist.

He works at the departments of General Internal Medicine and Pharmacology-Toxicoloy at the Radboud University Nijmegen Medical Centre. He also has an appointment at the department of Clinical Pharmacy of the Canisius Wilhelmina Ziekenhuis. He participates extensively in the training of students and in post-academic education. His areas of interest of research and clinic are medication safety and acute intoxications. 

He is a member of the committee which advises the Dutch Health Insurance Board on reimbursement of pharmaceutical care (Commissie Farmaceutische Hulp), vice president of the working group Toxicology-treatment information (www.toxicologie.org) and member of the Committee on Education of the Dutch Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Biopharmacy.
